Eli Bouchillon’s enthusiasm was mirrored by many in the Pikes Peak region who were able to celebrate a much more normal 4th of July this year. After participating in the annual Children’s 4th of July Parade in the Old North End, Eli Bouchillon continued to celebrate while running through a bubble maker on a street corner on Sunday, July 4, 2021.
